• Virtual Address Services → Activated after payment and required documents are received.
   
• Room or Suite Rentals → Provided onsite at the confirmed date, time, and location.
   

No physical shipping is involved.

Because our offerings are digital or service-based, we do not accept returns.
However, we want you to feel supported! Please contact us if you have any issues, and we will do our best to resolve them.

• Social Media Services: Cancel anytime with written notice. Service continues through the paid period, with no partial refunds.
   
• Virtual Address: Cancel with 30 days’ written notice; service runs through the paid period.
   
• Room Rentals: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. Payments are non-refundable.
