Rose Pedals to Success

Rose Pedals to Success is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on empowering youth through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and real-world business education. Our mission is to help young people—particularly those from under-served communities—develop the skills, mindset, and resources needed to break generational cycles and build pathways to success.

We believe that exposure to entrepreneurship at a young age fosters leadership, confidence, and independence. Our programs provide students with hands-on learning experiences in financial literacy, marketing, goal setting, and business planning. Youth participants are connected with successful local entrepreneurs who serve as mentors and role models, offering guidance and insight into real-world challenges and opportunities.

Our impact includes:

• Providing students with access to workshops, pitch competitions, and business showcases that allow them to turn their ideas into action.
   
• Partnering with schools and community organizations to bring entrepreneurial education directly into neighborhoods where youth need it most.
   
• Offering transportation stipends, meals, and resources such as laptops, business tools, and startup kits to remove barriers to participation.
   
• Creating alumni networks for continued support and accountability after program completion.
   

Through this work, Rose Pedals to Success helps youth unlock their potential, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and envision futures beyond their circumstances. We are not just teaching business—we are cultivating a generation of empowered, purpose-driven young leaders prepared to make lasting change in their communities and beyond.
